The cheapest way to live directly on Nimman Road. No pool, no gym, no frills — but a 7-Eleven literally in the lobby and everything on Nimman at your doorstep. Unit quality varies wildly because individual owners renovate at different times — some look fresh, others still have 2007 finishes. Always ask to see the actual unit before signing. If you want amenities, Hillside 3 on Soi 8 has a gym, included WiFi, and bigger units for similar money. Hillside 4 on Huay Kaew has two pools. This one is for people who want location above all else.

No building WiFi — arrange your own ISP. AIS Fibre or True Online are the main options in Nimman (590-1,200 THB/month for 100Mbps-1Gbps). For stays under a year, internet dongles from the lobby 7-Eleven work as a stopgap
Laundry, restaurants, massage, and cafes are all within 40 meters of the building entrance. Maya Mall is about a 600m walk
