The covered pool means you can swim in rainy season, though it's described as 'small.' Doi Suthep views from every balcony are real — confirmed by residents. Tight security (keycard + 24hr guards + CCTV). But you're not in Nimman — this is a quiet residential soi 5 minutes by scooter from Maya.
