Every unit gets its own dedicated WiFi router (confirmed on the official site and in Airbnb listings — each room has "its own modem"), not shared building internet. Weekly cleaning with bed linen replacement is included for monthly tenants; daily cleaning for short-stay guests. The owner, known as Pang, speaks fluent English and is consistently praised across TripAdvisor and Airbnb reviews for being welcoming and responsive. Water is a flat 150 THB/month. The sibling building PT Residence sits right next door under the same management, offering a budget alternative.

Kitchens come equipped with plates, utensils, a two-ring electric stove, fridge, and microwave. Units have LCD flatscreen TVs with Thai and international channels. Coin-operated laundry machines are on-site, and a professional laundry service is 200 meters away. 24/7 security guards, keycard entry, elevator, and complimentary parking round out the amenities. A 7-Eleven is in the building.

The best-kept secret in Nimman if you can get a unit. Only 25 apartments and they fill up fast. Owner Pang is personally involved and consistently praised by name in reviews — she'll show you around and is genuinely responsive. Each unit gets its own dedicated WiFi router (not shared building internet), which is a real win for remote work. Kitchen is properly equipped: two-ring stove, utensils, fridge, microwave. Weekly cleaning is thorough. The catch: no pool, no gym, 8 THB/unit electricity, and strict rules — 10,000 THB fine for smoking. If you cook, work remotely, and value a responsive landlord over a pool, this is your place.
