Srithana Condominium comes in two buildings: Srithana 1 (9 floors, 135 units, ~30 years old) and Srithana 2 (15 floors, 320 units, newer). Both are on Huay Kaew Road, 500m from Nimman. Studios from 6,800 THB make this one of the cheapest condos walkable to Nimman. Srithana 2 is significantly better with a larger parking structure and better lobby.

Go for Srithana 2 — it's newer, cleaner, and has fiber-optic WiFi included. Unit quality is wildly inconsistent because each owner maintains differently; always inspect in person. One alarming Wanderlog review describes a security guard incident with management reportedly dismissing it — worth asking about current security staff. A hairdresser named Nuan operating near Srithana is legendary among expats as a 'fixer' who helps with apartment hunting, bank accounts, and general problem-solving.”
